WBC VMnet project has been launched

University of Kragujevac is the grantholder of new TEMPUS regional project, entitled "WBC Virtual Manufacturing Network - Fostering an Integration of the Knowledge Triangle", WBC-VMnet, 144684-TEMPUS-2008-RS-JPHES. This 3-year project has been funded with the support from the European Commission, within TEMPUS IV programme. Project realization began on January 15th 2009.

Project consortium brings together 13 partners from 7 countries: Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, Denmark, Italy, and Slovenia.

The overall aim of WBC-VMnet project is to enhance, strengthen and unlock the potential of Partner country universities belonging to Consortium and to integrate three sides of the knowledge triangle, education-research-innovation, together with other key actors in the WBC region, enterprises, SMEs, social partners and other stakeholders, through sustainable long-term partnerships.
