CTC Kragujevac organizes a Workshop called "Innovations in Engineering Design"
Collaborative Training Center of the University of Kragujevac organizes a Workshop called "Innovations in Engineering Design" on 29 and 30 November 2010, within the realization of the Tempus project WBC-VMnet.
The goal of this Workshop is updating of knowledge in the field of engineering design, which comprises the application of modern virtual engineering technologies (CAD/CAM/CAE, RE/RP/RT, FE/FV simulations, VR) in the life cycle of product development. All the aspects are included, ranging from industrial design, through modeling, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, design, analysis and optimization of technological processes, quality control and industrial metrology. Since the project development requires interdisciplinary approach, the topics cover the areas of engineering, design, electronics, measuring and control.
Practical demonstrations will be organized within the Workshop, adding the value to this event. Participants will have the opportunity to see the latest equipment for reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, multisensor CMM measuring and control, VM software simulations, virtual reality applications and much more.
