The third VRPM group meeting was held on September 13th, 2011 in Belgrade. Dr Jurgen Henke, the leader of ICIP team, greeted all the participants.
At the opening, Dr Thies Wittig spoke on the subject of research in favor of SMEs and programme EUREKA as potential funding source. In the following part of the meeting, Bosko Nektarijevic briefly explained the process of new project development (project ideas), the errors which are most frequently made and some of the crucial criteria for project idea assessment. Dr Jurgen Henke presented the service of support to SMEs and VRPM group by ICIP and help in establishing the contact with German research network. At the end, Prof Dr Vesna Mandic presented the progress in the VRPM group and improvement of CORDIS profile of VRPM group and its individual members. Work plan for the following period was also defined.
